Here is the e-mail telling the potential victims to send their Card Number and PIN:

The e-mail is suggesting that the victim has to reply or send e-mail containing their private information to a mail located at “usaa-mailings.com”. UnThreat Tip: Never send private information requested by e-mail, even if the remote e-mail address looks valid. USAA should already have your card number and PIN, don’t they?

UnThreat has successfully blocked other threats located on the malicious domain, make sure that you have the latest version to protect yourself.
